2020 is The Year of the Nurse and Midwife

The Marvelous Medical History Tour

Hello, friends!

Are you gearing up for 2020?

If you haven’t heard yet, the World Health Organization (WHO) has deemed 2020 “The Year of the Nurse and Midwife.”

May 12th also happens to be Nightingale’s 200th birthday anniversary! I plan to be celebrating with a small group of friends and friends of friends in London.

What are your plans? Want to join us?

(See the flyer from our partners, Royal Caribbean Cruises and CIE. Nope, it’s NOT a cruise this time…it’s a land tour of London & Paris. Since I’ve lived in both cities, I am doubly-excited to show you around!) There are a few spaces left.

Also, if your organization would like to have Miss Nightingale visit your event, please contact us, asap.

Since I’ve transitioned from academia to full time speaking & performing, the calendar is filling up!

There are still several dates available, so don’t hesitate to give a shout.

Hey, guess what else? Yours truly was on the radio again…
This time with Columbia, Missouri local celebrity DJ, David Liles.
We discussed the juxtaposition of creativity in healthcare and the upcoming Midwest Regional Nurse Educators Conference this week.

Your comments always welcome!
